Actually, I did ask about qualifications one time, way back in the day.....about Med Kopczyinski's job description and qualifications when he got promoted to a brand new job title. I checked his file and found that he had a 2 yr degree in something like construction management from a CC on the other coast. Job description for the highly paid newly created position?? there was none. Is Rollie Reynolds still alive? He finally told me the city mgr told him not to create one. After Med left a job description appeared, the requirements for which, Med would not have met. Ya gotta love the way it was. Not one other single member from that council was in the least bit upset about it. If you got bad management, you gotta look to those above management and that's council.
