Leadership has nothing to do with it. A total lack of skill or training is at the root of all of it. The "good old boy" crap and promotion through ass-licking only furthers the problem. The hiring practices around here for managerial types has always been abysmal. You don't have to be a Sharek to understand that. Ask about qualifications sometime.
