I get your point, JP, but I agree with those who feel this is just another example of selective enforcement. The yoga lady apparently doesn't have anything to cause the powers that be to favor her as they have with many others who got sweetheart deals or had the city just look the other way. It's pretty apparent the yoga classes are a great draw for the city and it is a great health boon to those who participate. This is exactly the kind of activity we should be at least getting out of the way of, if not outright encouraging. We have councils and commissions giving folks hundreds of thousands of dollars to promote jobs and tourism while they are bugging this enterprise over a few bucks. The city and the county don't come out looking very good to the average resident in this case.
