Correction: Three city managers realized that they couldn't implement the change without violating the previously signed contract with Jeff Snyder. Mayor Holic apparently thinks it is now OK. Watch for the well-deserved lawsuit. It was stupid to put it up for a vote to begin with and it is one court decision away from being overturned -- it depends what Snyder wants to do, but if I was him? I'd sue for breach of contract.
